WHMCS is currently being used as the billing software for our IPTV streaming service. For all initial payments, all automations work successfully and triggers intended action XUI. However for if customers want to make additional purchases such as a movie add-on or to purchase an additional screen the automation does not work regardless of how it is down. The payment is made successfully but it does not trigger automation.
