Dear All, I am writing to request assistance in adding an extra form to the checkout process in WHMCS. The form should be displayed on the checkout page and allow customers to provide additional information related to their order. Essential Information: Platform: WHMCS Theme: Lagom2 Existing Code: I have attached two files that contain the code for the extra form. Expected Behavior: The extra form should be displayed on the checkout page after the customer has entered their contact information. Error Messages: I am not currently experiencing any error messages. However, I am concerned that the extra form may not be displayed correctly if it is not implemented properly. Steps to Reproduce: Navigate to the checkout page. Enter your contact information. The extra form should be displayed below the contact information fields.
