For further clarification: This happens when masking as an end-user and when not logged into the admin panel--logged in as a test end-user.

WHMCS Version: 8.7.3 LTS

As the title says. Whenever I create and apply a 100% off promotion or a $0.00 price override, it results in the checkout screen showing $0.00. Upon checking out, it hangs up for 1-2 minutes and then comes back with an Order Confirmation page saying that the invoice hasn't been paid. Looking at the invoice, it shows that the total has been subtracted from each item; resulting in a negative total due.
