  1. I was operating on an older version of WHMCS and had the WHMCS team upgrade my install and all appeared to go well. I was however still running on PHP 7.4. I am on a dedicated server so logged into the hosting account for the main host domain and upgraded to PHP 8.1 with this my cron stopped working. The crons that were previously working were referencing a php.ini config file that had previously been created by the cPanel multi PHP ini interface. Within WHMCS I went into the automation settings page and was provided with the following... /opt/cpanel/ea-php81/root/usr/bin/php -q /home/username/public_html/members/crons/cron.php I set this up and the 5 min cron appears ot be running fine. It is not however triggering the daily cron.
  2. Prior to today when a user clicked the link to login to cpanel from their members area they were taken to a URL on the server hostname. Now the link leads them to the server IP address. This forced a privacy error because it is not covered by an SSL. The hostname does resolve properly and has a valid SSL certificate. I have two cpanel servers linked to my WHMCS install and only one server is having this issue. I would appreciate any suggestion on how to debug this problem. Thank you very much in advance.
  3. I have a non-hosting service I would like to offer from my website. Currently, all hosting and domain clients need to be registered in order to purchase their services. There is one service I would like to offer that is not hosting related and I would like to be able to allow anyone visiting the site to be able to purchase. Is this possible within WHMCS or do all purchases need to be made by a registered user? Thank you in advance for any replies.
  4. I think a good solution here is to work out the markup that you currently place on domain names and then use "utilities>registrat TLD sync". Select your registrar, apply your markup and import the updated prices. This will automate the process.
  5. I am very new to WHMCS having only just took on my first server with a few clients. Lets just say I feel as if I have been thrown right in at the deep end. Who do I call for support? Oh yea thats me now. I do have 10+ years of Linux system administration so I feel this will certainly be a help. WHMCS is certainly a very powerful set of tools and I am looking forward to getting to know all about it.
