Hello All,
This has happened only after I have upgraded to 3.6.1 from 3.5.1. Email piping used to work quite fine, suddenly it stopped working. No ticket created and no bounced email.
I opened a ticket in this regard, WHMCS staff told me its a server issue. But I found out that its not a server issue, because email piping working fine for another standalone support system(Trellis Desk) in the same server for the same email accounts.
So logically I guess its an issue version 3.6.1 .
Has anybody else found such issue or is it happeneing with me alone?
