So I'm using paypal checkout for my payments and just had a look and a few customers paid their bill through paypal using a subscription but the bills are still being marked as overdue. I've had a look and it appears WHMCS is not logging the webhooks, there is no record of paypal webhook in gateaway log. Seen paypal and there it shows that the webhook was delivered succesfully. My question is, if the webhook is delivered succesfully but WHMCS is not picking it up, what could the issue be or how can I fix the issue?
Can't be firewall issue on my end since I've had a look at my logs and it wasn't flagged and webhook url is correct. Could someone please help me debug this?
