Good day to all. I have two such problems. The first problem with the UTF-8 encoding in the knowledge base is that Cyrillic is not displayed. The second one is with the form for creating tickets, then the "Submit" button does not work, or it says that the ticket is open, but in fact it is not. Please help me to solve these problems.
