  1. I am trying to setup this email piping and every time the system recieves a email it states in the log the that "Ticket ID is not found". Suggestions?
  2. Um. I cannot believe I didn't think of this. I was so stuck on just doing cron jobs I forgot the easy thing.
  3. I have a very unique setup with my servers and I need some guidance on how I would go about doing this. Server 1 hosts domains: http://www.domainone.com http://www.domaintwo.com Server 2 hosts http://www.domainthree.com the WHMCS portal is on http://www.domainthree.com (server 2). But the emails that im trying to pull from emails that are on server one (info@domainone.com and info@sdomaintwo.com) How would I go about setting up the cron job? Would I set the cron job up on server 2 where the whmcs install is or would I set it up on server 1 where the actual emails are. If I set it up on server 2 how to I execute a remote file from a different server in cpanel?
  4. Im having some troubles with the auto account creation. Is there a wait time before the auto creation starts the creation? The Order is created and placed as active under the clients profile. If I go to the client dashboard and open up the product under their name I can click create and that works. But the account will not automatically setup by itself. I have gone settings in the products and changed it to, Automatically setup the product as soon as an order is placed. It dosn't have to wait for payment or anything. It still does not setup the account right away. Any suggestions?
  5. This might be a dumb question but I have been looking around and was not able to find a way to make it required to login to view the portal page? Does anyone know of a way that this could be done?
  6. With my business we do lots of service repairs on products. Is there a way that we could add products to clients, and sell specific services to that client under that specific product. Because the way that its setup right now, I can sell a product or a service... and It will show up in the section, But all you will see is DIAGNOSTIC, DIAGNOSTIC, DIAGNOSTIC in that drop down menu, not really differentiating which services have been done to that specific product. It would be cool for there to be a way so that when a client orders a service they can specify a product if they already have it in the system, if not there will be a field to add product and serial number. Also, is there a way that the free services can collect cc information to be stored. Because after we offer the diagnostic that is free, and then we perform services to the product we will want to be able to bill the client without have to take that information over the phone. One last thing.. Is there a way that we can create custom reports. For instance in the morning I would like to be able to create a report on tickets that have been set to a certain status. Which brings me to my next idea, to create a way to make your own status's for the support ticket.
