  1. The solution finally appears after 2 months and 13 days after the problem was reported.
  2. Hi, I think I already explained the procedure I perform. What do you not understand?
  3. After upgrading to version 8.9, when I select an invoice and credit a payment manually, the system credits the payment to the customer's account but does not send the payment confirmation email to the customer. In the Email tab of that client, the email that should have been sent does not appear either.
