Hi everyone, When adding my server in WHMCS it gives me error of "Access Denied" with "Hostname", "IP", "Username", "Password" and when accessing from just the "API" key and not the password, it gives me permission denied error. I have checked and all correct reseller permission is given but still no luck. Also, I have added WHMCS server's IP to whitelist and enabled from any firewall if needed to. I really can't find any solution regarding this and need help urgently. Error log gives this "{"cpanelresult":{"apiversion":"2","error":"Access denied","data":{"reason":"Access denied","result":"0"},"type":"text"}}" and I have again corrected ACL and it's already set to correct ones. I will appreciate any help provided to fix this error either on server-side or WHMCS itself.

Hey, I created a Static route and it worked. If you have root access create a static route and it should open up connection to other host.

It's the server not connecting to each other. I have a different server connecting to a different server which both of them don't recognize each other when pinging from SSH. Try creating a static route between your servers you are trying to connect to and from. I have yet to try.

Hi, I'm having problem connecting to my server. I'm getting this error "Connection Error: Failed to connect to xxx.xxx.xx.xx port 2087: No route to host(7)". I have temporarily disabled cphulk firewall and when connecting to serverIP:2087 it work and takes me to WHM login.

Hi, I connected my server to the whmcs and once saved and went back to the servers page, I see that it's just loading and stats shows "Not available" and no other information like "cPanel Version: Load Averages: License Max # of Accounts: Last Updated: ". It just shows my server name and then once I try to test it again it get stuck on "attempting to connect to server..." and doesn't do anything. IP address has been whitelisted. Am I missing any certain cpanel & WHM settings so that it's not getting any results.

Hi, I have been trying to connect to my servers to WHMCS and even with correct credentials and API token from WHM, it just won't connect and keeps saying "Access Denied". I have version WHMCS 8.1.0 and I can't find any solutions online.
