  1. Hi, Thanks for the reply. I appreciate it. I saw that in the WHMCS Marketplace after this post. I saw that there were 4 other options in addition to the one you listed above. 1. InterNetX Registrar Domain Plugin for WHMCS - Free https://marketplace.whmcs.com/product/2166-internetx-registrar-domain-plugin 2. SchlundTech Registrar Domain Plugin for WHMCS (looks like it was written by InterNetX above) - Free https://marketplace.whmcs.com/product/2226-schlundtech-registrar-domain-plugin 3. NameBrave Registrar Module (Free) https://marketplace.whmcs.com/product/4927-namebrave-registrar-module 4. Domain & Email Forwarding for WHMCS by ModulesGarden: ($49.95) https://marketplace.whmcs.com/product/2114-domain-email-forwarding-for-whmcs Does anybody have any experience with any of these? Recommendations?
  2. Is there a way within WHMCS to give our customers the ability to do domain forwarding for those domains purchased without hosting? For example, a customer purchases mycompany.com but also the .org, .net, .biz etc. They may also have other domains that they just need to forward to their main hosting account. Currently, do this for the client for them but it would be MUCH better if they could log into their account and do this on their own. We currently use ResellerClub as our Domain Registrar and we resell NameHero as our hosting provider. I spoke to Resellerclub customer support and they said it's something we need to ask WHMCS. I thought this was odd since WHMCS would still need to go through ResellerClub to obtain the domain information. Is there a 3rd party tool that is compatible with Resellerclub? If there is a better way we're all for checking it out. We're not necessarily locked into ResellerClub and if there's a registrar that does this easily or better we'd be happy to investigate it. However, our preference would be to just keep what we have and provide the domain forwarding option in the customers account when they log in. I've just started looking for a solution but haven't found it yet. Looking forward to your input!
  3. Thanks. I remembered just as clicked the Submit Reply button. Too late to take it back. At least your reply will be helpful to future viewers!
  4. Stupid question. Which file should I add this code to?
  5. Thanks. Yes, in the cart. By default we would like the ID Protection box checked and the user would have the option of unchecking it. I'm not quite sure how to make that change. Any recommendations of somebody I could contact to help with this option?
  6. Hi, I'm using ResellerClub as a registrar. What I'd like to do in WHMCS is to automatically have the ID Protection box checked when a customer is purchasing a domain. So far I haven't found how to do this in the documentation or from ResellerClub tech support. Any suggestions where I can look or how to do this?
  7. A customer wanted to reset their password. Under Clients>Manage Users>Actions theres the option for Password Reset. When the customer received the email link to change their password, they received the following message: "The reset link you have followed is invaled. Please try again." Any ideas where to go within WHMCS to fix this error?
  8. We're creating a product that allows the customer to download several files upon payment. A couple of the files are 300MB or so. We're able to upload all the files except these large ones where after, what appears to be, a timeout, we end up at our WordPress backend page. I thought it was a WordPress file size limit but it's currently set to 1GB. Is there a file size limit on uploaded files? Where can I go to allow these files to uploaded and stored? Thanks in advance!
