Hi there, I am using a customized email template to send all of my emails from WHMCS. And I am using my CPanel's SMTP server, the emails some how go to spam in both Gmail and Outlook. It goes to the extent where Gmail marks the emails as unsafe with a red header. But if I send a normal email via CPanel using the same email ID I use in WHMCS via SMTP it goes to inbox and is marked important in Google as well. I have added all the possible records and also have a DMARC policy for the domain but I can't just seem to figure out what is wrong and why the emails from WHMCS are being sent to spam. Appreciate if anyone could give me some leads (oh and also my hosting provider doesn't allow 3rd party SMTP servers due to the reputation of IP address, else I would have happily used SendGrid).
