Hello,
Thanks for replying so fast!
It does indeed work. I was looking at the source code of mydomain.com and not mydomain.com/index.php...
My bad, I should stay within an SSH screen an manage servers and not template files for our website!
Regards,
rmaweb,
I would like to let you know that I am willing to give you a hand with if you ever need it. Of course, it would be free from my part.
If you are interested, please pm me.
Best Regards,
Hi,
I like it !
Is the script use for the CPU % is well protected and doesn't give access to root on the servers.
Yes, an icon for speed test and CPU % would be really good. Just out of my mind, wouldn't it be good to have a link directly on that page to Network issue? If someone want to have a look at the status page and see one red icon, then he can click on the link of the network status right away.
Just my tought..
Hi,
The installation files will be in the zip folder. Make sure you are following the requirement:
whmcs: WHMCS CAN NOT reside on the same physical server as your customers' hosting server
Here's a link for documentation: http://whmcsgold.com/documentation/csfautounblock
Hi,
Make sure you web hosting provider does accept Cron jobs to be run under 5 minutes. Many hosting companies does not allowed cron jobs under 5 minutes or more.
If I do a trace of the IP you are using on your website (WebsiteWelcome which is HG), they apply the following TOS :
I've been using the piping method and never had any issues that we can recall.
We have also seen this type of issue with a few of our customers as they were using dedicated IP.
The account needs to have different email settings to be enable to send properly to remote domain like:
- spf record
- rDNS setup (reverse dns)
- Use SMTP settings in WHMCS admin instead of PHP Mail()
Many factors could resolve into this issue but at least we give you a few basic things to look for. Exim settings also make things harder as host are not all setup the same.
Regards,
Hi hostlonestar,
This is not a cronjobs but a Forwarders command. It needs to be added as a forwarders under Mail *> Forwarders (if using cPanel).
As for an example, let say you are running cPanel. You would log in to cPanel, click Forwarders > Add forwarder and create the following using Pipe method:
Address to Forward: support @ mywebsite.com (drop down list)
Destination:
Pipe to a Program: | php -q /home/hostlone/public_html/client/whmcs/pipe/pipe.php
Give it a try and let us know!
What are you using as host in your server configuration in WHMCS Admin *> Configurations * > Servers > Edit server icon > Hostname?
Is it the IP, hostname or your main domain name?
We have the same error 84 on our side in the Admin area for when a domain is ordered at the same time of hosting...
When we come back to see what have happen, the order is in pending mode as it should be, domain was not added to the order and the domain name was missing the extension for hosting details.
