Dears, on November 25 2019 daily cron job email has been sent to us (admins) stating that all the automation tasks has been completed successfully as follows Invoices 18 Generated Late Fees 0 Added Invoice & Overdue Reminders 18 Sent Domain Renewal Notices 30 Sent Cancellation Requests 20 Processed Overdue Suspensions 0 Suspended Overdue Terminations 0 Terminated Fixed Term Terminations 0 Terminated Delayed Affiliate Commissions 0 Cleared Email Marketer Rules 0 Emails Sent Credit Card Expiry Notices 0 Sent Domain Expiry 0 Expired Data Retention Pruning 0 Deleted Run Jobs Queue 0 Executed at the same time the activity log states that 3 services has been suspended due to overdue suspension and in the cron email says 0 tasks overdue suspension also i have checked Automation Status Page on this day and i have found that it has written 3 tasks has been completed for overdue suspension so what is the problem of the email and is there any log to check this error Thanks & best regards

Dears, i have problem with the import tool of the dns manager when i try to add import to import zones from the server and check the list after import i found that the imported list stay the same as if it didn't import so kindly help me to solve this issue
