Hi, customer has cancelt his hosting package with free domain. I say to him if we cancel it we have to delete the domain - he wants to keep the domain. How can I change it? Should I just refund the amount of the hosting part - or should I create new order and set it manual to paid status? In WHMCs its not possible to jsut change it in background.
