thank you for your response to my request, but there is no SEO options in my general settings, after updating manually WHMCS to 7.5.1 i have no access to setup & notifications pages, and when i go to apache2 log i can't find anything.

Hello, I tried to visit the notifications page but i had this error : "The requested URL /admin/setup/notifications/overview was not found on this server." also i can't find the checkbox for enabling SEO friendly URLs. Any ideas, Thanks
