Is there a way to open a ticket for contacts other than the primary contact of a customer?

This still doesn't work. Why is there no documentation on this anywhere? I have all the appropriate boxes checked and the customer gets the autoresponse. I should be receiving this notificaitons.

We are setting up the knowledgebase but are getting a page not found error. The requested URL /knowledgebase/1/PreSales was not found on this server. URL is http://www.wbs4.me Any ideas what would be causing this?

We run our mail from our hosted, cluster solution. Is there a way to make whmcs work with this type of setup? Basically, there is no local mail running on our server but we need a way for whmcs to send mail.

We're planning to start using the built in support desk shortly but all our tests we never receive the notification of a new ticket being submitted. The customer is receiving the auto-reply that a ticket has been created. I'm not really sure where else to look for this as the docs on notifications are pretty scarce. Any ideas?

When I approve an order WHMCS loads up a blank page, is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?

We've doing some things with rtg and mrtg for a while now. Just didn't want to have to code something for this purpose. I was hoping to find a module ready to go since its all we need to move to whmcs.

Is that something you made as a plugin we could get our hands on?

It's not so much integrating the graphs but we also want to be able to bill for bandwidth overage. We can do that with ubersmith now and its the only thing really keeping us with them.

I would be willing to bank roll this project if someone is game to create it.
