I think I was just rushing things. I also been sick so you know how that goes. Patience level drops when you sick. Lol. While looking into it I thought maybe I needed to setup an invoice. I thought when auto is ticked it would setup & auto invoice also. For future reference... how to setup an invoice for an existing service plan that is about to expire. Or say this happens again and a hosting plan goes suspended for non payment. The system needs to see a payment then to unsuspend it. How would I create an invoice for that & not another "new" instance of the same plan?

That is good to know. I was able to figure it out. The module buttons to run the unsuspend routine showed up. But I think unchecking automatic suspension made them show up. Is that right? Or is it I either just didn't notice it. Plus I was on my phone when trying to do it. So you know the mobile formatting of things kind of jumbles things a bit.

An account is suspended & I was paid another way. I can't seem to get it out of suspension & continue it for another year. I read through some of the information & nothing says specifically how to do this. Just changing the dates & making it active is not doing it. Am I missing something? I don't think a new hosting plan has to be created. So how to just continue the existing one?

On another note: I just went into the Domains Tab for the client and chose Registrar to NONE then changed status to ACTIVE. Is that all that is needed? -
I have a client that has their own domain already with 1and1.com i have seen a few of your past responses on this and it does not make sense to me. Not completely. At 1and1.com the domain nameservers have been changed to my custom nameservers so how do you make it work in WHMCS? WHMCS just gives an error that it is taken already. After that if you go into the Client's profile domains tab it says Registrar Error Domain name not found What am i supposed to do next? You can only use registrars that WHMCS has listed? Should i be forwarding the domain or is changing the namesevers to mine enough? Biggest question is what to do in WHMCS to make it work. Do not want to literally transfer the domain if I do not have to. To make myself clear your directions to create an order with no product and choosing "Registration"... There is no "Register" option. Only Domain Registration which then opens to more when you choose Registration or Transfer. ??????

To explain further try to search for a domain and the error happens. recaptcha is working but after you click search you get the error listed... I only changed colors and links. So what in my template would cause this? It worked before the update. You can check it out if you want... Lol... okay. I just assumed those were also same or similar as main menu. Okay thanks I can do that easily.

Been trying to edit the secondary menu and not working for me so far. I read the docs but the secondary menu items do not have a name for them when I check the developer panel in chrome. So using the examples given do not work. The docs do have an example showing how to edit the Secondary menu... Say you want to change the "Order Hosing link". What child would you call then with getChild? getElementById does not work. Need some assistance. To clarify: WHMCS portal home has the main menu on top and under the domain search there is another bar (i.e. the "How can we help you today?" bar) with links starting with Buy A Domain. I want to change these links with a different URL.

I would also like to add that adding in package names manually once saved I noticed it is capitalizing the first letter in the name. We know linux sees a difference between a capital A and a lowercase a.

Okay I enabled the module debug and did that. In the response.... Just the data from the 2 packages in WHM. This is really weird cause I have 4 packages and only 2 are showing up. Now I saw mentioned to just create a product and click advanced and enter in the package name as is shows in WHM without filling in any other information and save. Now before in my first install I tried this then after tested it out by creating client and seeing if I could add the plan to them and only got an error message. i know from watching older videos this was the way to you had to do before in previous versions of WHMCS but does not seem to work now.

I have installed it twice so far and both times it will not sync all packages that I created in WHM. i created 4 packages and a feature List and WHMCS when adding a product will only this time see 2 packages.
