  1. We are leasing a license from 3rd-party so don't believe I have access to support system
  2. We are still having both of these issues despite upgrading. Session test is working correctly and clearing cache and trying whole new computers does not affect the What's new pop-up. Please help!
  3. WHMCS (leased) Version 7.4.1 Not sure what happened during our last update but our WHMCS is now pop-up galore! Every time I load the dashboard I get the 'what's new in vX' pop-up and despite ticking don't show me this again it still happens. Also, every ticket response brings up a 'ticket changed' pop-up even if it has not been changed! I have attempted to clear template cache to no end. I have also enabled SQL debugging but nothing is appearing in the log.
