Hi I had an issue with automatic account creation, which I think has been sorted now, but I was looking at the Module queue, and saw these two items. I marked them resolved as the account in question is not being cancelled, and I have no idea what the second one is, but how can I track down where these came from? As far as I can determine, neither me or the client made these requests. Thanks

Hi guys, I have a reseller account with A2, and as such get a free WMHCS account as well. I have it set up ad it's functioning, but there are a few things not working correctly, and I was trying to figure out the support options I have. A2 don't' really want to help me, and if I understand it, free accounts like mine don't qualify for direct support. So does that mean people in my situation basically have this community as their main line of support? Or are there other options? Thanks so much.

One registered before but now I've got an email saying someone else has registered. He might have slipped in before I disabled Allow Client Registration. It just says "New user registration on your site" with the username and email address they used. My question is where can I find these users to delete them if I wish?

That's the thing. I got an email about a user registration, nothing to do with an order. He's not on that order screen, but it seems he has registered (not sure how or where?) Geoff

Hi guys, Total newbie here. I'm in the middle of setting up and configuring WHMCS and I got an email saying someone had registered. I found a setting to turn off registration for non clients - Allow Client Registration: Tick this box to allow registration without ordering any products/services - but now I can't find any list of any registrations or any way to delete them. So my questions. Why would you want to allow registrations to people not ordering a service, and how can I delete current registrations. Thanks Geoff
