Hi, I've been using WHMCS for over 10 years, reasonably confident in most areas. I use custome fields on quite a few products and they always display on the order as well as the invoice. They are now only displaying on the invoice not the order. Either for customer or admin. Some other older products are still displaying the custom fields on orders. But these newly edited products are not. All the parameters are the same as I would always set them and identical to the products that are still showing custom fields on orders, so I'm a bit lost.. has anyone experienced similar? *The fields are showing on invoices. These product IDs have existed for a few years, they are for event tickets - I have just updated the labeling and details for 2023. They previously worked as expected. I'm on the latest 8.7.3

Hi, I need to clean up our system and it would be great to run a command (if possible) in phpMySql that will change the Status of a specific client group ID to closed. I don't have much experience with this but I'm sure I've seen similar things achieved in this way. Can anyone help me with either the command I'd need to run, or a link to an article or more information whre I'd be able to work it out for myself? Thank you, Darren.
