  1. What happens if I have a URL in the IPN Notification Field on PAYPAL? The Instructions say leave the URL blank...? I already have several Paypal integrations that require a URL and work fine. What happens on WHMCS in this case? Wayne
  2. Hi Still having problems with this. Have made changes to post_max_size but no improvement. There are no limit sizes implemented on Apache so that is unlikely to be the problem. Currently we have 25 records in Domain Pricing. It will not take any more via WHMCS Admin. Has anyone else actually had this problem...? The script seems to post the entire page everytime a change is made when each item edit or addition could be done separately and make the post smaller? In my case it seems to update all 25 Domain Pricing records everytime a post is made. The WHMCS system is great but obviously not perfect...? Any help or advice would be appreciated - In the mean time I will add the changes directly to the database tables Thanks Wayne
  3. Hi Have looked searched extensively but cannot find any reference to whether there is a limit to the number of TLDs that can be configured and therefore displayed in the Domain Checker and Purchase system. We have hit a limit at 25 TLD Pricing Configures - Does anyone know if this is supposed to happen....? The Domain Pricing Configuration System certainly wont allow us to add any more. Wayne
  4. Thanks I will talk to them about it. Hopefully the answer is that simple...... Wayne
  5. Hi Our WHMCS instal fell over at the weekend as a result of our Server Host making security updates to the Apache Server and PHP. The security update is apparrently recommended to combat recent Trojan and Virus releases. Part of the fix removes the dl() function from PHP calls which means Ioncube Loader no longer works. That means WHMCS no longer works...! I would suggest WHMCS users may want to check with their Server Host to determine if the security change is to be made to the server. We were lucky and identified the problem early and got a temporary reversal of the change. The permanent change will be made over the next week or so. I believe it is recommended for all Apache Servers. I have reported the problem to Matt via a Support Ticket. Oh - it also affects OSCommerce which I beleive will no longer work after the change. Wayne
  6. And I REALLY appreciate the help BTW it was a "width" in header.tpl Thanks Brett. Wayne
  7. Thanks George. Tried that and cannot see a problem. I think the problem is elsewhere probably within the encrypted code. Bearing in mind I did miss an upgrade - I think that if I backtrack and get the missing upgrade installed that it should resolve the problem. What do you think..? Wayne
  8. Hi Have just about finished an integration of WHMCS. I skipped one update and just paid Matt to upgrade to the latest version. There were no alignment problems before the upgrade. All pages were aligned including the original site pages which are html based with several menu options calling WHMCS pages. The original site is unaffected and calls WHMCS pages. However, I now have a problem with SOME WHMCS pages (at least 3 pages) having a different Body width and Header offset (left). All Footers are the correct width and in the correct place. Have emptied Template_c directory to force caching of new pages - same result. SOME pages have alignment and width problems. Have looked at the new CSS file but can see no reason why SOME pages would display differently to others. Had a quick look at header.tpl but again can see no reason why. In any event I cant see how CSS or header.tpl can affect SOME pages but not others....! There is a new Template folder called "myportal" and the only changes before the upgrade were minor - largely colours and widths, new menu calls + a new logo file - it worked perfectly. I have looked at it in Explorer & Firefox - it has the same problem in each. Since the upgrade I have only changed the colour of the footer bar after finding the problem. Anyone got any ideas...? 9. Hi Dont suppose anyone knows of a way to bulk import the TLD Pricing Data. There are so many types from the generic .com, to country specific .com.au, and now the new .biz etc and we generally need to individually price the TLDs and the diferent periods. We have ours set up in a spreadsheet for ease of updating as Currency changes occur etc. Often a % increase or decrease can be mad across the board. International currencies have been moving rapidly of late meaning a lot of changes in pricing. We would like to upload the spreadsheet on a regular basis. Does anyone else have this problem? Might be a good one for a new feature..? Wayne
