Further update, it seems that main email not coming through is emails that are coming from the same domain.
Looking at the Ticket Mail Import Log I found allot there with Ticket ID not found, I can then select "ignore Error & Import"
how do we prevent this?

I seem to be having an issue with 1 email WHMCS is pulling.
support@ email works perfectly.
sales@ I can see the mail is being pulled off the server but they never appear in the system.
I have checked in spam control but there is no mail blocked.
I am unsure where to check or what else to do
