I would like to remove this feature from admin area so staff cannot attempt CC capture for payments. There is no option remove this role only.

I would like to know also. We are not going to use WHMC if helm4 is not supported in the end.

Hi, Does the pipe/pop.php connect using SSL port 995 to the mail server ? The way our system works, via NAT, SSL is not supported and needs to connect via port 110 So the ticket system is not working because i think our mail server is not supporting SSL I maybe able to get it working this side of NAT for SSL ( mail server and WHMCS server are on our private network) but it will take alot of messing about which i'm not going to do if this is not the problem.
