I am a new WHMCS user. a few days ago I tried to install WHMCS manually using the file that I downloaded (v6.2.2) from my account but always failed. this was the error message that i saw at the browser Network Error (tcp_error) A communication error occurred: "Operation timed out" The Web Server may be down, too busy, or experiencing other problems preventing it from responding to requests. You may wish to try again at a later time. For assistance, contact your network support team. then i try to install using Softaculous and successful. is there any differences of result between the Softaculous installation with the manual installation ? thanks before.
