My WHMCS installation is working fine except one crucial feature. I use PHP to automatically send emails to new clients. All emails are sent (order confirmation, invoice and welcome) except the New account Information Email. Even manually from the email log I can send emails except this one. My hosting provider say it has nothing to do with them, google (google apps) say its the application (WHMCS), the application support (WHMCS) guys say the emails log doesn't show errors and it was sent and therefore nothing to do with the software and it is a server issue. It has been 3 nights trying to solve this.
