If say a user cancels outside of say a 7 day money back guarantee, if Paypal is setup to issue automated refunds, what's to say it won't? I mean it's supposed to be automatic right? I just don't see any rule or method to prevent people from signing up and at say day 8 getting a full refund.
So, how do you prevent the automatic system from issuing the full refund or am I over thinking it? Where a refund has to be approved before it's sent.
Ok, I really don't know what to search with this specific topic, so please don't be too harsh.
I've seen plenty of "Hosting" companies with money back and refund policies, but with the paypal automatic refund system, how do you ensure that after a "money back" period, that the automation doesn't refund?
Again, this is the best way I can think to word this, so I wasn't sure what to search for.
Thanks.
