I have a client who just promoted someone from billing clerk to office manager and the former manager (the person who the account itself is under) has left. I need to update the account to reflect this, but cannot find an easy way to 'promote' the sub-account. demoting the primary to contact would be a plus for other situations, but the promotion is the needed bit now Thanks for any help.
