  1. Recently there was an announcement from WHMCS about the SSO feature but there are no practical guides for using it. I would like to implement SSO with Wordpress so I can run my portal and blog side by side, allow web host customers to etc... Etc, it doesnt really matter why. Although, even WHMCS cant seem to figure out SSO since we need a seperate account to use this forum! I just want to use the SSO feature with the most popular CMS in the world. Can anyone walk me/us through it?
  2. Thank you, I really needed that! It's not obvious, one needs to dig or ask Google to find a post like yours to explain it. The Search function built into WHMCS does nothing, I searched 'cache' and not one result came back.
  3. I am also interested in fixing the links to cpanel because im also a reseller and having the same branding issue. SSL, I think is a different topic. When clicking 'login t cpanel' user is redirected to https://myresellershostname.com/cpanel and it should be something like http://mydomain.com/cpanel or http://userdomain.com/cpanel Ive asked my provider and they said the link is part of WHMCS so i should ask here.
  4. Thanks Brian but I'm looking for a technical answer. The service WHMCS offers is pretty vague and seems to just create a new static template based on the wp theme rather than actually using the active headers and footers from wp. I would like to do it myself or at least know how it is done so I can make changes when necessary.
  5. I would like to integrate whmcs with my wordpress site and theme. Does anyone know how to do that? I have read some support articles that say it is possible by using the my sites header and footer in the whmcs template. However, these articles do not refer to wordpress specifically so I still don't know how to do it. If you could help me with my question or walk me through another way of integrating the two websites then please let me know. I have tried the WHMC Integration plugin from WPMUDEV but its not complete, all it does really is wrap the portal into frame on a wordpress page which is ok at first but does not deal with bridging users or the linking system for emails and support tickets from whmcs. - - - Updated - - - BTW, this is my setup: WHMCS is at portal.mydomain.com Wordpress is at mydomain.com I used a subdomain for the portal because before that I tried using WHMCS from mydomain.com/portal. But because both systems were using the same domain, cookies were getting mixed up and I had a lot of user login issues at both sites. Once I moved the portal from a sub-folder to a sub-domain, those cookie and login issues disappeared. Is this how you are setup?
