I have checked the order, WHMCS only trying to create hosting on Reseller hosting R1. Never choose reseller hosting R2. - - - Updated - - - Can anybody understand my problem?

Hi guys, Thanks for all of your helps and I hope I can descript my problem clear. I'm using WHMCS 6. I have two cPanel reseller hosting R1 and R2 for two group customers. I have set them to two different server groups G1 and G2. I create two products P1 and P2. I assign product P1 to server group G1 and product P2 to server group G2. I want WHMCS to create product P1 on reseller hosting R1 and product P2 on reseller hosting R2, but the fact is not. My customer buy P1 WHMCS will create a hosting on R1 My customer buy P2 WHMCS will get message "WHM Username is missing for the selected server", ah, why WHMCS select a wrong server ?
