  1. Hi all, I tried support, waited 2 days for a response and eventually got the "not a WHMCS thing" from a support rep (Lawrence). So I thought I would ask here: 1st issue is in relation to what WHMCS shows as the product's price when you tick "Require Domain" in the Details section of a product/service. Currently, it only shows me the price entered into the "Pricing" section for the product. This is misleading as the price will be more if they choose to register a domain. How can I show in the price that its a minimum price or mention that the domain will be more... 2nd issue, I want to know the WHMCS behavior on products that "Require Domain". I know that once its ordered WHMCS will send the client an email based on the email template configured in the "Welcome Email" field but does it also send the "Domain Registration Confirmation" template as well? Some help would be appreciated.
  2. Hi all, I have WHMCS working with the wpmudev WordPress multi-site integration plugin. All working well. I have setup 2 products, 1 Pro and 1 Starter. Both of these products have monthly and yearly payment options. I would like to have both products offer a 1 month free trial and read in the forums that the best way is to setup promotion codes. I set one up but I am not sure how this would work when the user selects the yearly payment option. I Know that if the user picks a monthly payment option then the discount applies to the 1st month and that's fine but what about when they select the yearly option, I don't want them to get a discount on the WHOLE first year, I just want the first month discounted. Could you please let me know how I can provide a free 1 month trial on a product that can be paid with a monthly or yearly option. Thanks.
  3. Hi all, As we are not using the support component of WHMCS I have recently successfully removed the Support item in the Navbar menu and also removed the "Recent Support Tickets" section in the lower half of the home page (near the bottom of the page next to "Your Active Products/Services" etc.). I now am stuck and am having trouble removing the "Tickets" square which was the callout icon and has a count of active tickets. It's div class is "col-sm-3 col-xs-6 tile". Can someone help me remove or hide it please? Thanks. Mars.
