  1. Update, Managed to get past the above problem, but i'm now greeted with the "Order Accept Encountered Problems - An unknown error occurred" - and the module log shows a bunch of stuff, no idea what they mean.
  2. I've been told by my hosting provider this is a WHMCS bug and to contact you, seeing as I'm waiting on a ticket reponse I submitted to you guys 2 weeks I decided to post here - as I keep getting answered here. I Keep seeing a dozen Internal Server Error messages within my WHMCS system whilst trying to perform tasks such as ordering a master reseller checkout & the create/accept order page. It's just this one plan i'm having an issue with, seems to be fine for others. The plan in question offers "master reseller hosting" through my alpha reseller I have on another server. I can't even test the server connection, login to whm button doesn't function for this server.
  3. I seem to be having an issue with the ticketing auto reply system since moving to my new host with a fresh whmc install. I'm using the same options I used last time but no reply is made.. I've followed the Cron objective awell.
  4. Is it possible to make it so that when a product is pending activation by an administrator to make it so that there isn't an invoice to pay until after the order is accepted? I don't want users to pay before activation, at the moment I'm having to create a free product an bill them seperately.

  6. Okay so, got past my previous issue.. I'm now having difficulty in getting the "login to cpanel" & "login to whm" links to appear on the client services tab.. I've got the WHMPHP integration installed, and all the plans are linked to the whmphp module with the product set as a reseller account, I changed it to hosting account to attempt a fix but no joy.. Does anyone know how I can get it so that the links appear, along with the cPanel details. details

  8. I submitted a ticket several hours ago, As I've had no response et I thought i'd post here, hopefully someone here can assist me on what to do. I installed the latest version through my cPanel account. I've setup my plans, I've connected the server but for some odd reason upon the pending orders screen when I accept an order for a reseller hosting account I get an error message which I've attached below.. It still creates the account as I've been receiving "account created" emails and it's showing in cPanel. - I get the same issue when trying to suspend/terminate this product aswell, causing me to have to do it manually through WHM. Another issue i'm having is with creating reseller accounts, after accepting the order (with the same issue as above) It creates the account as an shared hosting account and not the reseller, yet i've set all the correct options into whmcs. I noticed before submitting this ticket that on module settings I've put billing_plan on all my plans. The shared accounts are working perfectly, no issue there. But on the reseller end I'm greeted with this message, for some odd reason it's repeating "billing" twice, despite only having written it once in the module field. If I remove "billing" from the module setting it comes up with the above error issue.
  9. Howdy. I'm wanting to start accepting credit card payments and I've activated the futurepay gateway. I've read the FuturePay guide (http://docs.whmcs.com/WorldPay) - but it seems to be outdated and mentions nothing regarding recovering the Installation ID & Auth Password from the FuturePay.com website.. How do I go about this?
  10. Hi guys, I currently use whmcs to authenticate payments for my hosting company, however a few of my clients who run caravan rental websites are highly interested in a booking system. I'm just wondering if it's at all possible to change the product tags that appear on the services tab? I'm wanting to change it so active products show as "booking confirmed" pending products show as "booking pending"
  11. Yes, I want it to reply to new tickets only for the unmanned 24-7 departments. I've done what you've suggested and it seems to be working, thanks.
  12. I've set it so my Ticket Escalation rules respond to a ticket if they haven't received a response in 5 minutes. For some strange reason the system keeps replying to the same ticket every 5 minutes.. is there a method I'm forgetting that stops it from replying more than once? i.imgur.com/c5ZYXUM.png

  14. Are there any other payment gateways other than Authorize.net, preferbly something free.. don't want to spend a monthly fee to accept card payments when I'm only a new hosting company. I want to accept Visa/Mastercard payments directly into my account.. The only solution I can find in the gatways section is enabling bank transfer, but I'm kind of already using that field.
