One license goes for my site and what should I do with other 3 licenses purchased.. Should I keep them and again purchase 1 more?

Hi..I have contacted sales support and technical support regarding this and looks like they need around 12-14 hours to respond for every reply. Presently I am hurry.. I waited 2 days for WHMCS Support, No Use! Hoping atleast fellow customers will help me! I have small hosting business and want to resell WHMCS Licenses and tried this! Presently I don't own any direct license with WHMCS but I want to buy 1. I clicked on Sign Up on the resellers page - https://www.whmcs.com/resellers/ 2. After that it showed me to Pay $17.35 as enrollment fee 3. Now I don't know how to proceed further, its in pending state, contacted the support. but didnt got any reply! 4. So went ahead and bought three more monthly leased licenses.. So in total 4 5. Please check attached screenshot on how are my orders looking like. I have bought three monthly leased licenses but it is showing only as 2 and one other showing as pending for enrollment! - I am totally confused now.. Hoping anyone would help me get started with reselling!
