We tried to run daily cron and the cron successfully starts but it does not complete successfully. I contacted WHMCS regarding the same and they replied saying that WHMCS can handle upto 20 mb data and our database was around 16GB in size so it couldn't proceed further with the request. They suggested to reduce the size of the database table "tblticketreplies" but we have all our tickets in that database so if we delete the tickets then how will we get the history of all the deleted ticket conversions. Is there any alternative way where I can restore my deleted ticket conversions or I can move my existing tickets to some other destination after I delete "tblticketreplies". I would be glad if I receive a positive reply. Thank you.
