Hi there,
I am having some issues since today with sending out preset email templates to my clients.
Once I have the service setup for the client I will go to their client profile in the whmcs admin area and send them a message from one of the templates I have. This worked till yesterday, today I tried this out and I get the message saying: "Success! The email was sent successfully." but it does not get sent out, neither does it show in the email logs that it was sent out.
Then I decided rather then selecting the template that I would send out a new message and load the template in. When I try sending that message though I get the following error:
So then I thought that maybe something in the templates got messed up, when I clicked on the email template I wanted to edit I noticed that the Product Related Available Merge Fields arent there anymore. Even though it is set as a product email template the merge fields do not appear at the bottom anymore.
I have no clue what the issue is and in every log I look no emails seem to be going out. Only if I send out a manual message with no "variables" (Merge Fields) it works.
Does anybody know what the issue could be?
