I want to make email templates with variables not listed in Merge Fields on email templates. For example, I use Centova Cast module and it has another fields then standard whmcs fields: - Max listeners - Max bit rate - Data transfer limit - Disk quota - Server-side source Another thing, when I make this mail (if it is possible), how can I define automation settings for it?

Is it possible to integrate Centova Cast into whmcs? If is, how can i do it?

When my clients order domains, for example .com, .net or .org, the domain order is standard. They first search domain, select period etc. But when somebody want to order for example .ca domain, they have to type special information in "Domain Registry Information": Legal Type, Registrant Name, Trademark Number and Organization Registered Locatin. Is it possible to create "Domain Registry Information" for specific domains? For example, I want that clients fill custom fields for example "field 1" and "field 2" in the process of ordering domain.

Is it possible to make knowledge base for more than one language? Something like email templates.

Is anybody knows how can I export client's contacts - something like address book from whmcs?

We have made email templates and everything is fine with it. All emails contains logo on the top. But, now I should make one email template without logo on the top. It should be done because that email contains an image with integrated logo. I didn't find where I can set it. Thank you in advanece for help

I have the problem when I want to send email for 2 or more users. WHMCS put all names in "To" field but I don't want to other users know all users in system. Is that possible to configure WHMCS to put names (emails) in "BCC" field. Example: I want to send email only for users on server 1, I checked all accounts and click Send Message, but WHMCS automaticaly put all selected users in "To" field.

I added the Serbian language in the email templates. I modified the templates for all emails in serbian field (subject and message body). Clients receive messages in serbian but subject is in english. How can I correct this?

When we can expact this implementation will be integrated in the system?

I tried to check if some of domain names are free for registration through domain checker and the information was uncorrect. Example: I tried to check domain name eu.info and eu.biz. Domain checker show that these domain names are free for registration but it isn't correct. All eu domain names are allready registered. Is anybody know how to solve this problem. Our client paid for some domain names which are not free for registration and now we have the problem to explain them that these domain names actualy aren't free.
