I'm getting the inside of the add server page, I searched and saw this found the firewall issue on the forum, however I have white listed my site IP in my cPANEL remoteSQL, and yet I still am getting the error when I try to add the server to connect my WHM/CPANEL reseller. How should I go about remedying this? Thanks, in advance.
