We have found that if you update the gatewayid field with a GoCardless Mandate ID that doesn't begin with 'MD.....' when you try to capture payment it fails and the gateway log says 'no mandate id', half of our direct debit clients (all GoCardless) have mandates beginning with either `0` or `1` You can tell if an existing mandate is going to work for a client with the new module or not by viewing an invoice for a direct debit client in WHMCS, if you see a blue box saying 'Mandate Setup' then you are good. It seems we may have to manage direct debits manually still for mandate ids that don't begin with 'MD...' 😞

Thanks Chris, I appreciate you can't give an official response. My main confusion with whether it's A or A-EP is when going through the wizard to establish which questionnaire is applicable. To get to A you would have had to select option that says payment option is fully outsourced, which doesn't sound right when the customer is on our site. For the A Questionnaire, there is this line: "All elements of all payment pages delivered to the consumer’s browser originate only and directly from a PCI DSS validated third - party service provider(s)." How does the WHMCS/Stripe solution fit with that line considering that the the customer sees the WHMCS checkout page with Stripe pop up window?

Which Self Assessment questionnaire (SAQ) should be used where the billing system is WHMCS using Stripe Checkout/js to process card payments? Referring to this: https://www.hackerguardian.com/pci-saq.html I am unsure if it's A or A-EP I think it's A-EP but would like to know what SAQ other WHMCS/Stripe users completed. Cheers Mac

I had an issue in 6.1.1 (Six template) where clients where unable to use the DNS Management page in the Client Area as it was blank. There is no customisation of the template files except viewinvoice.tpl and invoicepdf.tpl. The 'Five' template works fine. WHMCS suggested that 6.2 might cure the problem. I've updated to 6.2 and the problem still exists on the 'Six' template. Anyone else have this issue and resolved it?

Does anyone else have issues we getting logged out of admin unexpectedly and frequently, it's getting really annoying. I notice the Kashflow module hasn't been updated for 3/4 years. Is anyone still using the module with the current version of WHMCS without issues. I am thinking about switching from Xero to Kashflow. Cheers
