1. Unfortunately, I am still unable to log in. Since WHMCS does not provide support, can someone tell me how I can get my data in a readable format? I will use ClientExec or something else instead of WHMCS since this is just fraught with issues and problems that no one seems either be able to or willing to fix. Please note rkatz, that this is not directed at you, I appreciate the help but I can find no error message at all. I am just fed up and this is costing me money.
2. Same thing, it just loops back to the login screen.
3. I'm using version 6.1. It was working fine until the release of version 6.2, now I am unable to log in. When I enter my credentials, it just loops me back to the login page. I have done a password reset, hoping I would be able to log in that way, but it still just loops me back to the login page. Does anyone else have this problem or know how to fix it? As of right now, I am unable to access my admin page. Thank you
4. I have tried all these fixes, none work. I cannot understand how it will not work. Please see the message here boostupmedia.net/boostupcsm/boostwhm/ . Who does one have to beg or pay to actually get help for this issue????
5. I have been attempting to move my old database to a new WHMCS install. I have tried to run the install script but it does not go past step 3 with the error that it cannot connect to the database. I have tried to import the data via mysql, (both installations are the same version), but when I do I get a blank page. The error message I receive is this: Fatal error: Uncaught exception 'Illuminate\Database\QueryException' with message 'SQLSTATE[42S22]: Column not found: 1054 Unknown column 'updated_at' in 'field list' (SQL: update `tblconfiguration` set `value` = NjE4OWE1NTI0Y2FjZDQ1MTZkZWM4MzRhMzk5MDBiZjk3ZDRmNjFmNDNjdjltWWlvek56b3pjN0l5Y3Vs V1l0OUdaa2xHYmhabkk2SVRNNk0zT2lrSGJvUm5idjFrSTZjak96dGpJbHgyWTVOMlp1bEdic2xtWWlv ak14b3pjN0lpTncwU014MFNOeEFqTWlvRE14b3pjN0lTWjBGR1psVkhaMGhYWnVKaU94RWpPenRqSTVB VEx3RVRMMUVETXlJaU93RWpPenRqSWxSWFlrZFdaeUppTzNvemM3SWlJNkFqT3p0akl5Vkdic1YyY2xK bkk2Z2pPenRUTTZJMk9pTTNjbE4yWWhSbmN2QkhjMU5uSTZNVE02TTNPd29qWTdJeWNsUlhZa0JYZHpW bWNwVlhjbEpuSTZVVE02TTNPaVUyY2hWR1Rna0hib1JuYnYxa0k2TVRNNk0zT2lVV2JoNUdkalZIWnZK SGNpb1RNeG96YzdJQ1JVeEVJdUlsTEU1Q1Vpb0RNeG96YzdJU1p0Rm1ia1ZtY2xSM2NwZFdaeUppTzBF ak96dGpJbFpYYTBOV1Fpb2pONk0zT2lNWGQwRkdkekppTzJvemM3SXlOMU1qWndJall5Y3pNaGxETTJR VE5tVm1OaTFDWmxOWFlseGtJNmNqTTZNM09pa1hackppT3pvemM3cERNeW9UWTExN2JiNzE1ZjgzYjBk ZGZiOGYyNmIyZGFhMWE0N2E4MDkxNjM5ZTk9PVFmN0l5TXhBVE0xRURNeUlpTzRvemM3SVNaMEZHWnJO V1pvTm1JNmtqT3 in /home/boostupm/public_html/boostupcsm/includes/classes/WHMCS/Terminus.php on line 0 I am now fed up with this. I have tried to get help by opening two tickets with WHMCS and nothing seems to work. Can anyone, anyone, anyone, help?????
6. I have tried and tried and tried but I get to step four on the installation process and I get this error message: Could not connect to the database! Please check the database connection details you provided and ensure the mysql user has access to the given database name. I just created the database and all the details are correct. The info in the fields are: License Key: XXXXXX

Database Host: localhost Database Username: server_username Database Password:xxxxxxx Database Name: server_databasename Still it will not work. I am getting to the point where I am just fed up with trying. Can anyone help? I have searched the threads but can't seem to find a clear answer.
