  1. This helped me out, too. I have 2 servers and could not get one to show status.
  2. Although Matt is extremely helpful and responsive - the association with Directi is terrible. I have NEVER had a support ticket even acknowledged by them (Directi); cannot figure out the interface and will completely remove it from my sight (as soon as all my stuff gets 'unlocked'). I will just write off the money I have deposited with them as a loss. Can anybody suggest a registrar to work with?

I also had to add similar language in the admin folder in php.ini

You guys are genius - I added the path in a php.ini file. What puzzles me is why it just stopped working - but this fixed everything. I bet a similar problem is what is messing up my cron job!

Thanks Adam, I just did that, but receive the same errors? It looks like they were all there, too.
  6. Site error: the file /home2/waltonwe/public_html/whmcomplete/index.php requires the ionCube PHP Loader ioncube_loader_lin_5.2.so to be installed by the site administrator. I had my site almost debugged and my webhost upgraded apache and PHP - do you think the error above has anything to do with that? If so, what might I do? Thanks - It was working so well...
  7. I re-visited all of this and still get the same results - any ideas?
  8. Cron <mitcecom@merlin> php -q /home2/waltonwe/public_html/whmcomplete/admin/cron.php
  9. I have looked at the various threads on this, but can't find an answer. Each day I get a cron job daemon saying - no input file specified. I feel like I have the job configured properly (I made the mistake about starting with the time - but corrected). Is this a familiar error to anyone? The actual error message reads "No input file specified".
  10. I am having trouble with my WHMcs integrating with my WHM on my server. I can't seem to get the hosting packages to auto-install on my server. Once I add an account on my server (with the same passcodes generated by WHMcs) I can then access the control panel (on my server) from the customer client area (in WHMcs). This should be possible using this configuration - shouldn't it?
  11. Matt, thanks - you were correct and once the funds were added this is working well. I'll have to look into the 'adding funds' process some - it seems a little cumbersome. Surprising how solving a small problem can wipe away all that frustration and get you back on track!
  12. Sorry - as for your support question - I have submitted from within my WHMCS site and from the error messages in the Directi Panel itself (which opens an email box to domains@whmcs.com. I would try to delete my entire account and start over with another registrar - but I have too much funds in there now.
  13. Yes, initially, I did - but it didn't work, so I have been trying to debug in the directi panel. The order in my WHMCS site shows active and paid.
  14. Everything I've been discussing here is in the reseller control panel.
  15. I walked through the whole order. It looks as though the invoice was paid - everything settled - no pending anything - I have been trying this for two days and deleted prior order attempts. Maybe I have confused the Gods?
