Hey this is how you fix this problem. Go to setup choose addon modules and deactivate the new tld's and that should resolve the problem.

I also had the same problem with registrars. I did what most said and got rid of registrars that I did not need. This seem to correct the problem but I do believe that the USER PAZZ has the correct approach for changing memory limit PHP.INI File.
