I keep getting on a completely fresh and clean template I downloaded directly from WHMCS THIS SHOWS UP: I KNOW THERES AN ERROR WHAT EXACTLY!

Well, it doesn't work on 5.5 it's usally a blank screen or Ioncube telling that Ioncube 5.5 is not compatiable with the embeded version inside whmcs. Thus it only works on 5.4 for me, I down graded to 5.4 and it works!
