Hi everyone, I'm new at whmcs, I'm trying to pipe email to whmcs to create new ticket, I'm using google apps email address. What i have done so far : 1) email forward google@app.mail (not an adminisrator email at whmcs)to /pipe/pipe.php folder from cpanel (it looks useless with google@app.mail, i'm not sure ) 2) POP and imap are enabled at google@app.mail I'm sending an e-mail to google@app.mail and it directly goes to google@app.mail and there is no new ticket.
