Admin page loads fine but main index.php errors out 404

Sorry I take that back... everything works but the main index.php page.. -
I just installed the newest version and also had to upload ionCube for anything to work. I have everything installed as per the instructions. I am able to log on the admin page make changes ect. However, when I go to the main page for the program it loads me up a error 404.. Anyone else have this issue at all? Please help
