Domain ltds dont show with transfer but do show with registration

Hi sorry to respond so late othellotech i went to check and set it to 0.00 from -1.00 and now it shows correctly much appreciating your time -
Hi there im new here so sorry if i perhaps missed a discussion about this little problem i have i have set up my registrar and it shows the domain ltds with registering a new domain but when i go to transfer it dont show it can some one perhaps point me in the right way to wear i could make changes so it shows up with domain transfers as well? much appreciated
