  1. Hi, An important customer is threatening to sue us now, now that 2 times his 20 Gb website has been put back to 5 Gb limit (disc space). This is what seems to happen; The customer has ordered our largest package. 5 Gb of disk space. As an extra option we give an option to order additional 5 Gb. After his website was uploaded he found 5 Gb was nog enough and he ordered 3 x 5 Gb through whmcs. I manually changed from 5 Gb to 20 Gb in Direct Admin. The next day the customer places another order. He selects his currently active hosting package during the order proces and orders an SSL certificate. This happens while they are at a big seminar in New York where they all witness the website going blank on a big screen only to find out WHMCS has decided to bring back the 20 Gb to 5 Gb! We could not believe this. So we placed it back at 20 Gb and declared it was a glitch. Today he ordered 10 Gb extra data traffic and guess what, it went back from 20 to 5 Gb disc space again!!! Unless it is a setting we don't know about, this is a very serious bug if you ask me and should be addressed immediately. Please help asap, this is going to cost us dearly...
  2. Then I guess it's me at this point. I'll double check next week. And..I noticed an option at the payment provider not to bother customers for 'a second chance'. As far as I can see it's safe to take that option.
  3. Before I send this in as a ticket and problem, I just want to make sure: Now that I added a second payment option for my customers to choose from (Bitcoincs, but I don't think that matters) I noticed something interesting. If a customer wants to pay their invoice and open it, it obviously displays the invoice page. That shows a drop-down menu with payment options. By default, our first payment provider is selected, there is always a default showing up. I noticed that when I change it to the second new provider in the drop-down, it immediately takes action, as if it forwards some initial info to the payment provider. Now, this seems to happen as well to the default payment option as well, as soon as the page is opened or when it is selected from the menu. So, what happens is: Payment provider 1 is now sending me mails that I have an unfinished payment, that is waiting to be completed. While I actually used payment number 2 to pay my invoice successfully. My customers now will keep on being bothered for some time by payment provider 1 (who does not seem to have an easy option to stop sending these reminders....who actually come in handy in case something really goes wrong) for a payment they have already made. Unless I'm seeing it wrong, it seems the invoice page sends payment info to the providers too soon, simply on selection of the menu?
  4. There are 2 blockchain.php files, one in the main and one in the callback folder. In the callback, also make the same dbconnect.php -> init.php change.
  5. Brian! helped out, there are two blockchain.php files, one of the main and one in the callback folder. Change both require(../../../dbconnect.php.... into init.php and you're good to go. Working well up till now.
  6. Yes, working Brian! To be exact; in both blockchain.php and /callback/blockchain.php ONLY dbconnect.php should be changed into init.php. I set conformation to 2 in the setup and payments come through instantly! Great, thanks! (PS. the white space that appeared on the payment-page-invoice does indeed change into a qr code this time. (no redirect) Thank you!
  7. It won't work Acidburns, eventually the numbers will go off. I tried everything. Especially when cancelling or so they go off. So, in stead, I decided to clearly use a different name for pro forma invoices. A normal invoice could be invoice1001.pdf while a proforma could be called proforma_incoice1209.pdf. This way it's also obvious to the customer that pro forma invoices are not the same as invoices. I know it's a real pain, companies complain a lot that when they get a pro forma, they book it into their automatics banking payment system. Then when their bank pays the suddenly get another invoice number mailed ot them which is a nightmare to accountants. Somehow they learn to work with it. it seems very difficult for whmcs to make this work.
  8. Thanks Srox, had not found that one. It works with 6.1.1. as well and is properly supported?!
  9. Thanks all. I don't necessarily need this particluar one, I'm just looking for a FAST option to quickly include Bitcoin payments into WHMCS. Up till today by reading this forum I have still not found a bullet proof whmcs 100% supported, version 6.1.1. compatible bitcoin solution. If I could be pointed to one, I'm OK with my other current payment gateways.
  10. In my search to see if I can get WHMCS to be 2015-compatible and have it accept Bitcoins for instance, I was looking for all the options. To my surprise I noticed that Mollie, one of our Dutch payment gateway providers accepts a whole range of products in their module. PayPal, creditcards, iDEAL and...Bitcoins. WHMCS setup however clearly says "iDeal through Mollie". Is it only limited to iDEAL payments? I need to know 100% sure i can make use of all options and that it's working flawless with 6.1.1., since we have to go through extensive costs and even opening another bank account to make this change. Any experiences?
  11. I don't have the solution, but to help you support; even we (an ISP) occasionally get customers reporting us strange invoices at unexpected times. We do see them as well. And then a year later they get suspended due to unpaid invoices, while an invoice has never been created or left unpaid. I simply lack the time to collect all information and send it in, I fix it manually, apologize and put in a reminder for the next payment period to see if it miraculously started working again. I guess I've been hoping for this to be fixed in future updates.... However I have no complaint about WHMCS support...although maybe not always the quickest.
  12. Once I find a workable bitcoin payment provider for whmcs 6.1 or above, I'm sure I'd be interested....
  13. Hi, Subject kinda speaks for itself. Because of the lack of support on my current choice, which free (or trial) bitcoin payment systems works flawless in version 6.1.1. and has support? Thanks!
  14. Hi, Since I'm not getting a response in the original thread: I'm on version 6.1.1 and installed this gateway. It looked simple, but doesn't seem to work for me. I use the standard six template. When I try to pay the invoice, and I select Bitcoin from the dropdown, a big white space appears in the upper section of the invoice. I assume this could be to display a qr code or so, but nothing happens. I'll give it another try of it works. Let us know, I'll be happy to donate if it works. Who has this working in 6.1.1. and what template do you use? Am I missing something?
  15. In what file do you do this? Sorry it took little to respond. I'm flabbergasted this needs to be done in such a complicated way and is not just a simply tick box in admin option. Next to mail forwarding, DNS control and EPP code.
  16. I'm on version 6.1.1 and installed this gateway today. It looked simple, but doesn't seem to work for me. I use the standard six template. When I try to pay the invoice, and I select Bitcoin from the dropdown, a big white spave appears in the uppoer section of the invoice. I assume this could be to display a qr code or so, but nothing happens. I'll give it another try of it works. Let us know, I'll be happy to donate if it works.
  17. Hi, there's several extensions like the popular .nl where the registrar does not use the Registrar Lock option. Still, customers with those tld's (about 90% of our customer base) still see an option in their account to Lock. When they click they get an error and start sending in support tickets. How do we disable the option for certain tld's?
  18. I don't know what to do anymore. I know a customer of another (non-hosting related) invoice that I made is going to pay, but late. At least 2 months. Although I ticked the box in his profile not to send late notices, he has received at least 3 over time. Also today, 7 days before the expire date. I do NOT want whmcs to send late notices. At all. None. Zero. But, I still want the invoice in this system, since for now I'm using it as my entire admin system. What am I missing?
  19. Thanks brian! I found it. And it is indeed set. Still, the product shows 'active' while it's already at 108% bandwidth... Am I missing something else?
  20. I think it does. The numbers showing in WHMCS are correct. It says the limit is 7 Gb and it used more than 7.2, but it doesn't take any action. But after reading about it, it seems whmcs is missing this functionality. It only suspends on none-payments but not over-usage. Too bad. Or am I wrong?
  21. Hi, For some reason I can;t find it anymore or it stopped working; Normally customers would be alarmed by WHMCS that their account is getting close to using up all bandwidth. After it does exceed it would suspend the account and parse this to Direct Admin. Now a client has a 7 GB bandwidth, used up 7.2 GB. Direct Admin has now suspended the account but WHMCS still shows Active, even though it shows the correct data (7 Gb and used: 7.2) 1) Why doesn't WHMCS alarm the client upfront? 2) Why doesn't it suspend the account (can't find/check the settings anymore) Thank you!
  22. mmmm...same when adding a new product. When I fill in the info and click on create: http://mywebsite.nl/admin/configproducts.php?action=edit&id=5 Server error 500
  23. Hi all, On both my (6.1.1) websites I get a Server Error 500 page when I try to simple edit my current products in whmcs admin. Editing a group works ok, but products show an error. It says there was an erro while trying to retrieve: http://mywebsite.nl/admin/configproducts.php?action=edit&id=7
  24. Hi, By the lack of a quick response to our ticket; We had calls from customers that paid invoices but still received reminders. We noticed that since about Mid-september every payment made at our provider MultiSafePay is not getting through to WHMCS to set the invoice as paid anymore. That matches around the time we went from 5.3.14 to 6.1. Even though we reported the same thing to MSP, they haven't changed their API, it is still 1.0. Since it happens to 2 of our websites, both upgraded at the same time both having the same problem, we fell it must be WHMCS. The gateway log of 1 of our websites shows logs up to mid september, then it stops. The other website only shows one log somewhere in july 2015, so that logging hasn't been working at all. Any ideas please?
