  1. Hi, Inside the WHMCS database, the fields for diskusage and bwusage are set to int, leaving the potential values quite small. What value does WHMCS expect to be stored in the database here, is it to be Bytes, Megabytes, or Gigabytes? What consists of a UNIT when calculating overusage billing? this calculation requires the database to have correct values. Kind thanks Keith
  2. As a side thourght, if hooks dont exist perhaps someone could advise if the following is a BAD idea. http://docs.whmcs.com/Provisioning_Module_Developer_Docs#The_UsageUpdate_Function If the Plesk 10/11 Module does not support usage stats after all, then I can make a cronjob to do them myself?
  3. Hi All, Possibly been asked about before, according to http://docs.whmcs.com/Plesk#Plesk_10.2F11 there is no support for plesk's statistics. Any reason why not? and does the HOOKS api allow me to expand the existing functionality to support this? I know Plesk extended exists, however as WHMCS supports plesk out of the box, I would like to use built in where possible. Also to note, This is the feature request and a month ago there was an official response https://requests.whmcs.com/responses/full-plesk-11-support Thanks in advance for your replies.
