Hi all, I am using 'SmarterTrack HelpDesk' addon for integrating SmarterTrack with WHMCS. While I am creating Users in WHMCS, those Users are replicated successfully into Smarter Track. But I cannot login to SmarterTrack using the Users created in WHMCS. When I am trying to login, I am getting an error "You do not have permission to access this area" Please give me any resolution steps for this ASAP. Thanks Aji
