i cant seem to be able to create new user accounts through my site. the clients registration form comes up you are able to fill it in and then as soon as you click submit it all disappears and goes back to the log in screen for clients with out registering the client. I am at a loss any ideas anyone

when a freind placed a test order on my site everything worked ok on site selected plan ect then went over to paypal but the amount to pay was 0.00 anyone have any ideas ?
