Every month they get 8 or 9 invoices instead of just one. How can we have the system generate just one invoice vs. multiple? Im not so sure that is the case... Basic Switches that accept SNMP traps should be easy enough to work with. I am looking for some of the same functionality - we have it with another billing system -but would love it here.

What exactly are you looking for? I used to help run a WISP and we wrote some custom software to make it all work.... it was functional but there are other alternatives - what do you mean by broadband?

We are in need of the ability to reverse ALL late fees. Sadly we are not PHP coders. WHMCS states this is possible via their API. Is there anyone that can do this quickly? In short- last night - due to a change someone did improperly -virtually everyone of our open invoices now has a late fee attached. It is hard to just "recover" via backup since the landscape is ever changing in our system.
